Maria Isabel S. Guerrero received her B.A. in Philosophy and Comparative Literature from Cornell University and her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review during 2003 to 2004. Following law school, Ms. Guerrero served 2 years as a law clerk to the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Guerrero then worked 4 years as a litigation associate in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where her practice focused on employment litigation, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. Ms. Guerrero is admitted to practice in New York and is fluent in French and Spanish.
